  We used this company to replace a wet room pump and generally update and refit our elderly mother's wet room. We were thrilled with the service and the standard of the work carried out. We also had to call them out for a minor adjustment - the aftercare has been second to none. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.   Still immediate post Christmas 30th. December, but plumber arrived on time, changed the corroded ballcock in the loft, no hot water for three days, and fitted a new tap I had purchased, on to my kitchen sink, and reset a bad connection under the sink. Excellent job, and very reasonable price of £132 including VAT and the ballcock valve assembly. No fuss of any sort. Professional. Beware of rip off plumbers, this is not one.
